For instance I see "Boyz Ring" which is obviously a greenskin racial ring, yet Chosen, Marauder, and Blackguard are able to use it per its description.

The only racially locked accessory I could find right now was "inquisition brooch" which are limited to WP and WH only.

It's in the first set of patch notes how they're lumped together.

It's not. Light armor DPS were segmented off from Medium armor DPS and tanks. Mind you this only affected unbound drop gear, so there's still plenty of stuff out there for classes with a smaller array of loot. Squig Herders got hit hardest for example, as no other Destro classes use BAL.

Any PQ with level 36-37 mobs (will drop the most valuable purple, blue, and green items)

Sorry but BAD JOB on jewelry.... :'( serious many item lose because use for special class ( int on SH and SW and ING or strengh on SW and ing... WH and WE cant use full strengh jewel lvl 23 for example or cant use jewel with strengh and Weapon skill.

When taking the chance of improving and cleaning up the database with the cost of players loosing some items is considered "the wrong way to go", I really start believing working on this project doesnt make sense anymore.

Oh guys I lost 4 chars full boundless for not logging on too long. You have no idea of losing items.

Just get together, farm and re equip. It will be quicker than posting on forum for mercy.
