They're going to be temporary reduced respawns, just for the event. Will go back to normal afterwards.

Any new alt appearances or different blue gear? I’d rather not suffer the stress again of not just fighting the enemy realm but your own realm for Beastlord kills.

Same quests, same drops. Gear out an alt, or get the stuff for an alt that missed it during the last season. If you already have it on your main and you don't need it, then this isn't the event for you I suppose.

Tezakk drops shoulder pieces, he wasn't in the list before, but you could acquire them normally. I suppose that might be considered "new", no idea what the appearance on those shoulders are. Suppose someone does.

Tezakk Gnawbone shoulders have the same appearance as T3 RvR Inf shoulders and Elrin Helfried shoulders if i'm not mistaken.
