Did you equip a piece of each set when you ran .tokfix, as it was described in the patch note?

BC boss might have incorrect timer, our group was there for an hour or at least we left and my BoB was off CD which I used to get there.

yes, the command is not working

tried with Mayhem and Devastator. Can only see having Annihilator and Conqueror unlocks in my ToK.

So probably this is the case:

Developer related code is waiting on a later hotfix to be fully implemented,
I'm including them in the patch notes as a precursor to the actual implementation.

There seem to be issues in regards to shortened(often not) timers with a few BL bosses atm.

What do you mean for real?

What Hargrim said, the code changes are not yet live as such the shaman changes and tokfix as well as the plvl fix is not yet live.

In regards to the shaman changes, it was done because we cannot (sadly) yet fully control all aspects of the shaman as things are hardcoded into client, expect them to change more once we can actually patch client.
