Good notes on the RvR changes Hargrim.

Looks quite promising, remains to be seen how it works in practice.
Shame about losing instant cast Fireballs, they were quite nice to have, though 1.5 sec Fieryblast on move (stacking with Close Quarters most likely to 0.75 sec) looks still potent.

Now if only Sorc could cast on move, one may dream.

This is on the next non-instant ability, correct? It doesn't get consumed off of an instant ability?

Displaying the built up contribution is one of the better changes in months, the game really needs numbers to show players how well they are actually doing. Not possible to improve or change if you don't know you suck.

Binding the gear drops to Lvl/RR instead of zone is a great decision. I just hope it will break up the zerging a bit since it makes the T4 less of a "go to"

The part of me leveling my Knight says NOOOOOO! Can't walk into 35/39 with anni gear and sub weapon in the bank anymore.

Great changes, very good step forward and makes T2 and T3 worthwhile. So often they got ignored till a T4 opens up.

Would still like clarification of what needs to be done to earn bags.

Any idea how long until guild standards give the stats ?

I like the changes, but as stated working for white bags , is there no point for a sub level 40 to do tier 4 rvr ? Considering that he has to compete with lv 40 plus toons and wont be able to contribute as a level 40 plus would. I don't site ideal in war camps I go out and fight but if I spend a few hours in a zone and get no bag. I dunno seems like an awful lot of work with little incentive for reward sub 40.
