Yeah the BG rework was solid and a looot of people rolled the class.

They changed them a while ago so that they weren't garbage when compared with it's mirror as well as the other two Destro tanks.
I've always liked how they looked personally and I collected Dark Elves when I played TT.

I agree with you, I think their armor design and color palette are nice to look at. And even if every single BG in the scenario is wielding a two-handed halberd I can't blame them, because those weapons look every bit as good. There is one guy named Ups who I have both played with and against, and that guy is a machine even with two handed. He just survives everything.

As for scenarios, I've experienced all kinds of madness. Sometimes you get a scenario with 6 tanks and no healers. Sometimes it's 6 healers and no tanks. One time I was in a scenario where we had five Witch Elves, and another with four Witch Hunters. When I play Destro, it feels like Order is never short on much of anything; more healers than us, more tanks than us, more ranged than us. Then I'll switch over to Order to try to get some advancement done on one of those careers but then it's Destro that has all the great comps and Order is lacking everything. That's just the nature of pug groups. Sometimes you're the windshield and sometimes you're the bug. I do admit some of the comps you end up with can be pretty hilarious, even if you end up losing because of it.
