I'm using a lot of modified addons and some self created ones. The orbs are made with "effigy" addon, and the portrait is a thing I made called BetaUI, to simulate the beta look. I have striped "Enemy" of all elements I don't use (so basically only uses unitframes, party icons and marks) for smoother play.

2018 and people still using top-left corner unitframes?!
