As far as i remember, it was practically impossible to block the ramps, because of the sheer amount of tanks you require. Additionally the defenders have to split up for blocking both ways, while the attackers just have to choose the way where to zerg upstairs. If you couldn't hold the door, the keep was lost.
Yeah, same option on that.
When you want to defend a keep, defend the main gate.
I had a lot epic defenses in the lower tiers.
There only have to be ways to repair oil or inner doors.

no guard plizz small grup never can take keep meybe just a champion def the flag only - my sugestion
version, No npc guards,required you to beat down the door then capture the flag,keep master to be killed to capture.

The old system is not only the keep siege, it's the whole rvr mechanic, which was flawed. The new one with some additions would be better and easier to develop.

I gave it a thought and yeah voted for Old one. Nothing will be functional as it should for quite some time, I have no problem at all. Some more detailed poll should be made when the time will come where there will be options like:
1) Old system, VP with PvE, Prior tier etc
2) Old system, VP only scens and ORvR
3) Old system, VP only ORvR
4) Old system, no VP only cap 2 keeps and hold BOs
5) Old system, only 2 keeps
6) New system (out of question afaik)
Then a 2nd question:
1) Lord, champs, upgradable NPCs
2) Not so many NPCs we do not have enough manpower
Or something like that.

we know about it, even if it would take time, btw t1 still have the old system data so at least they can count on that

people voting for the old system, seem to forget how bugged and exploitable it was. (pulling the lord on bottom floor etc.)

Oh and Stoneclaw Keep outter walls bypassed by casuals!! Epic moments!! But back then, guarding the postern door was vital!
