It's interesting to see your GPU is at 100% while your CPU is hardly pressed at 4k. This actually means your GPU is the bottleneck and not the CPU. Given that WAR is running on the old unoptimized Gamebryo engine (no compiler optimizations at all) this is really interesting.
I remember there were FPS differences when running the game actually at 3ghz or 4ghz, in the old days.
How are your fps when you're actually doing ORvR at 4k?
