No.
But it occur in T2 MoM too
No GM in game, so no cant be fix
Just Destro can lock zones

That's not a first time I see Shaman doing great things. I've seen Arnagob's (for example) dps before and even felt it on myself both in small scale fights and in RvR few times so I know what a class can do when played by a good, decent player.
Not to say I played my own dps shaman, so I know from its POV how potent it can be both in organized fights and against puggies.

This change to AM/Sham even kills builds possible in live servers. The snare puddle is an elementary skill to make the healer class with the least defense keep distance to enemies. Now you can only use it in heal spec in most builds.
Im not seeing the issue , they reverted these abilities to back where they were on live, but now in doing so it kills possible builds even on live servers ?
I didn't play a Archmage on live but i played a Shammy alt to RR 80, everyone even dps Shammys picked up sticky feetz, and it was always in the mork heal tree, same as gedoff was first ability in gork, and scuse me elmental cone debuff was first ability in Da Green.
Main thing that was in live at launch was Gettn Smarter which was removed , but those abilities are where they were on live the entire 4 years , so not seeing how it kills builds that were possible on live by reverting them back to where they were on live .
