Why we cant have these unique appearances dor RR85+? Like the face skin we get? It make us grind for something past gear, and only some ppl that actually invested on the game and his class would be rewarded for his effort. Hell it could be ecen rr87 or something and just appearance armor like:

nurgle, khorne chosen, greatsword knight, assassin armor for WE, the grey haired slayers from KV ch24PQ, no skirt armor for elves, this chad IB, some unique npc ork armor for greenies. Etc.

There is so many things that would reward the players for their time instead of some impossible to get dyes or event capes (which appearances are bugged btw)

Really you care so much about lore? Because an obvious IB armor has some... wings?? Some helmets have already hornes and wings this is no excuse and actually the true IB lore armor is the current bloodlord one. Same for chosens, all are roleplaying with colors already why dont give the ppl what they want? It would be good for all parties

Only because you see an armor on an NPC doesnt mean it can be used for players. One of the most obvious reason is for player version you need a male and a female version and typically only one of them exist on NPCs.

fair enough but i think there is options for female versions right? we just have to look for them
