Just skimmed past the thread, and i generally agree that order D and E are the best, while not exactly destro appropriate. Maybe you could just make order get those, and create destro versions of them? I mean same designs but tattered, splattered with blood and ripped, or something along the lines. Shouldnt be much harder than the order ones and still will be interesting enough to do event for. Most destro capes here look very much like BG sov cape, and perhaps making one that looks like something already in the game is what makes them underwhelming.

I vote D for Order and E for Destro.
