Had this issue yesterday. Developer MaxHayman had to manually unlink my account on the backend. The issue is caused by the RoR's twitch app API sending malformed authentication requests/tokens (according to Twitch themselves) & will require a staff member to manually unlink accounts for players.

I redeemed todays' (10/3/2022) 2nd Twitch reward but it never came. It shows as redeemed in my account page on the site.

I am also experiencing this problem, but I know devs are super busy with the new patch so I would understand if they don't have time to fix my account at the moment.

Twitch reward 3 from day 2 POOF gone when claimed!

Just lost 2 rewards this afternoon also, hopefully a fix comes soon.

Same. Two just deleted themselves when I tried to open the first. And another two on a different character when I tried to close the mailbox without claiming. Seems that the delivery date is totally off, standing at over 19000 days ago.

I opened 1 blue box and other 7 (got 8 for 2 days of watching streams) just disappeared from my mail...
