How do you get influence? Do you do scenarios or do you fight in PvP or RvR areas?

Thorough Guide! You could also talk about how Decimator / Braggart belt has crit, which some people may prefer over a few more stats, or how Empire v Chaos tier 2 Influence has a level 27 belt with great stats and crit.
Why do you consider Willpower a bad stat?
