Big Eve player here where the GMs are incredibly lenient, **** posts, scams and robust dialogue is part of the meta and encouraged by the developers. Not saying RoR should have total lenience in the same way, but it makes for an incredibly vibrant meta and in a pvp game, it promotes animosity which leads to big wars between alliances.

I think there is a happy middle ground where the GM team are more relaxed and openminded, it helps generate conflict in-game.

The real question is why bans and ban appeals is needed at all in a 350-500 players online game where wiping progression would easily uphold a reasonable rules set

Remember the average age here is 40-50 or smth

Ignore profanity filters and chat filters is already there

I am sure he is still in-game and hasnt been caught yet. Just like Pandamoos but i think he might have given up.

You caught us, 90% of our roster also didn't quit the game either - we're all just on stealth alts and running stealth warbands in our dummy guild while in a hidden Discord channel

To be honest, I haven't seen many bots on PVE this year, which is good. And on RVR most of the time it's a cry baby l2p issue.

But one thing for sure, there are not enough GMs. On NA time there are none. It's ridiculous. For instance you can't report a group exploiting terrain to invade warcamp in Phoenix Gate to kill no healer pugs.... which sucks.

prob not since he harassed guilds on discord & even people doing ranked events he is at the extreme end of bad player behavior, its one thing to vent in chat or say something people found offence but what he did was constantly harass guilds & try to break them up & then the whole ranked drama he caused the list goes on with that dude

Is there a possibility for Dev Feedback survey as well? I have some feedback directed mainly to Devs and feel that there are many that would also like to put their input in.

The current direction of the game is going somewhere where I would not want to continue investing my time and there are many considering leaving the game as well -- my hope is that we can have more open discourse with the Devs about our concern so that we can keep many of the players who love WAR--

Haha, removed the name i mentioned from my post. It's ok. I must apologize to that person because i talked to a GM and he told me that the isle in Phoenix Gate is not supposed to be safe.

So green flag to jump terrain and get there. Kill everything that moves, boys!

It's a shame destro can't do the same.
