I don't know why the application crashed during the update... I solved it by using Windows in "safe mode with network access"

It stops at 45 / 47 and the launcher close.... ;( tried everything, any idea?

oha!!! restart windows in safe mode was the solution! Now it works. I also replaced the video file, but i think this had nothing to do with the downloading problem

Ive had absolutely no problems with new patch on main PC before yesterday night. Went into new dungeon (main PC) and couldnt hear any kind of voice acting while i had all sounds turned on in settings.
As rest of folks had no problems hearing voice acting but they did had to delete video.myp and (or) replace ive thought that could be the case. After i delete audio&video.myp on main PC launcher totally broke. Ive paste back audio&video.myp ive had on working laptop - not working. Ive download Max video.myp - not working. Ive tried to load in safe mod with internet on - not working. Will try to reinstall now.
Launcher starts to download files, it says 0/209 then goes till 78/209 tries to finilaze and crashes without indicating any errors. On other laptop on which ive had troubles since start i delete video.myp and restart it like 20 times and it finally download something (but not video.myp lol, so on one of laptops it launches without video.myp).
Something broke with new dungeon introduction folks.

Everything I write here has been helpful to me...
I opened the folder, removed the old video_german file and added the new one that Maxeyman provided to us.. and then I was able to log in

The only solution ive found is to reinstall fully... Hi i got the same problem and nothing here brings a solution to me. I tryed reinstall. I erased the video Files and replaced them with Maxs Video File. My i White listed the Game. I dosent know what to do.

uninstall 3 times, try to dl like 50x.
Try every thing on this post.
Unkonw erreur asset[...] i cannot end the patch.
