The actual problem is that all the DB is loaded in memory ( some Gigs and more and more each time ). This cause some dataflood for hardware and data lost during loading (AND LAG), (but they are still on the DB). On the next reboot if we don't change anything ( Dascoub and Aza are taking a look atm), Some of you will retrieve their item, other lost some, etcetc.... )

You right. Sadly it is hard to tell.

A major issues has been targetted last night and a major correction work has directly started concerning the whole Database.

When finished this work will be tested, and then if it seems ok, will be pushed on live. In this case, you can understand we can't give you any ETA for this. The only thing i can tell you, it is that this fix will be faster to resolve than the lag issue.

My best answer won't be precise : As soon as possible and probably before the end of the week.

we lost items so many times now and everytime we got them back i dont see why people are making such a huge deal out of it
