true in practice the whole hate/grudge rate thing dosnt work
but i want to point out that 2h ibs never really ran rising anger the tactics usally used were: rugged, punishing knock, great axe mastery and dwarven riposte

people just want to disscuss how to improve an inferior playstyle
their is literally nothing wrong with this as this is what forums are for and making a new thread is better than necroing a dead one
There's a search engine. Probably good idea to start using it and not end up dumb. But then again I've never stated it's a bad thing to create threads and if people want to improve their playstyle, they're absolutely free to do so.

1) chosen REALLLLLY should/needs/wants to go SnB simply because mixed defenses, and destined for victory are really strong tactics and even with snb you can still get crippling strikes
2H Chosen is very viable. The only AoE Chosen has is Blast Wave so having the crit chance with a 2H and Rending Blade means easy Crippling Strikes on everything. This is compounded by the fact that crit renown training isn't currently implemented.
DFV Chosen is very strong, especially with Sprout Carapace. Ideally, you would want both in the group. Doesn't leave a lot of room for Blackguard.

Every Ironbreaker that ran 2H I have ever known ran the following setup:
1. Sweet Revenge: 15% Crit chance while above 50 grudge.
2. Greataxe Mastery: 5% parry and 10% damage while wielding a greatweapon.
3. Rising Anger: Each time you hit an enemy, you gain 5 grudge.
4. Rugged: 160 toughness before RR80, or Punishing Knock: 50% Outgoing Heal Debuff.

Can you tell me why the BG was in the group and what he provided to the group over the setup we just discussed?

a durable offensively orriented tank that can deal nice dmg while being able to guard effectively with a super punt that they dosnt need a tactic can buff up both of the healers in your 6 man with willpower buff and your mdps with str + tough buff that stacks with chosen aura
spammable outgoing 50% hdbuff
largest wounds debuff in the game
lack of cripping stikes can just be circumvented with challenge
longest knock down in the game

And the only viable way to run a BG in a well structured, serious group is S&B

So you are pointing out that they ran SnB for the knockdown. The willpower buff is indeed nice. Crippling Strikes stacks with Challenge multiplicatively.
There are so many wounds debuffs on destro... Witch Elf, Marauder, and Blast Wave from Chosen. The BG debuff isn't that much higher than the Chosen in the typical spec (40 wounds?).
I mean really your left with a 5s knockdown, a long punt that a Chosen has with an easily slotted tactic.
Sounds like you're left with an outgoing heal debuff. Witch Elves do that, no?

ofc 2h is as i said a vastly inferior play style to SnB

i dont know where you are getting your facts from but CS does not stack with challange
standard chosen build 2h or tri spec has you only go up 9 pts in discord for quake with base 75 wounds debuffed
hastened doom has you going up 11 points in malice for a base 120 wounds debuffed
bg's wounds debuff is the biggest in the game and can debuff multiple targets in aoe while "having no cd" as it requires you to crit
bgs hdbuff as no cool down as mind killer has no cd furthermore it reduces their healing even more than 50% because mind killer lowers willpower
