Does that mean this applies to people who are in a solo party box by them selves or people who are solo quing and join with randoms in a scenario party?

Will this have an impact on Scenarios with only 7 players (happened a bunch of times now), or players that are bugged out of a party?

yeah i misunderstood, i thought this applied to solo queres insted of people who sit in a party by themselves
