That would be a 14-15 sec m4 under right circumstances. Need to kite alot in the beginning tho.

No stagger or AP for group, dps can get easily bitched/kited during those 15s.

AP you can get from other sources.
Stagger is harder to live without but the M4 kinda make up for it. The double puddles should help with the kiting.
I think there are better strategies regarding the AM morale pump however. Like pumping WL to M1 for root.

Double AM only kind of works if both slot Insta Rez and then they can't also take morale pump. And even with double Rez it's more of a waiting game for them to **** up bad. Though with SW + SM blurring combo you might have enough burst now to make it a little less lolsie.

Plus double morale pump takes 2.5 s cast and there is no way your dps can survive through destro if they're both standing casting that to pump.

You could also try and do the RVR trick and set up Focused Mind for the AM's and pump up the WH. Should be at m4 in just 2-3 sec or less once they reach m2 and WH had some pre pumps aswell. Probobly more stable plan.
