Sorry, I missed whether or not having a %chance to be crit below 0% is continued / extended in the calculation?

Then stop trying to solo cap BO and build teams. There is no reason that you can't take a BO with a group or warband. Not every BO is guarded with 1-2 wb, especially when your AAO is as low as 50-100%.
Btw, the real fun begins with 400% AAO.

Is avoidance bug fixed? Is block/parry/dodge/disrubt chance 0% while under KD,Stagger?

Have you noticed how fast the keep ranks from 3 to 5 stars? We spawned in pve in reikland while keep was 3 stars, by the time we got to the lake the zone was all but locked. Building a team doesn't matter much when you don't have the time to even get to the BOs before the zone locks. And the whole zone locked in about 10-15 minutes total.
Not saying you are wrong, but in certain cases zones simply lock too fast for anyone to able to do anything about it.

The main problem with order is - we are filthy casuals, and I'm saying we because I'm part of the equation. In orvr we easily get discouraged and I see people running to other zones/xrealm, and apart from regular insults when things go wrong in chat there is lack of organisation, but that's okay we are outnumbered so we are angry.
But the worst attitude I see is in scenarios, in many sc's initial fight is the deciding factor who is gonna win and usually indicates which side is better. But destro at least tries to reorganise and try again, which I have seen turned the tide of the battle in their favour tons of times. And order? Lost initial fight? Well, let's afk till the end and let's be over with it. Or even better, let's run one by one without regrouping, feeding is nice.
Order is too casual, it's not about class balances, it's not about population, it's about attitude, devs can change the game any way they want but they can't change people.
Just my 2 cents (if a bit off-topic tho)

Once again, 7pm to 11pm gmt. Participated in 4 zone locks. Every single one was 3bos+3star+ruin, in every zone keep was taken.
We tried for 5 star lock but it is very easily disrupted by losing a bo, if we could have got 16 zone locks in 4 hours we would have. But like i said, in active zones it isn't a 5-15 minute lock.
In defence of the poster complaining about quick locks i did get a roll for reikland locking and i never set foot in the zone, it locked very quickly after praag which i can only assume is down to population as nothing is contested or some kind of bug.

well a 5 star lock is probably the hardest one to pull off if the enemy is not just sitting on the keep, simply because to lock with 5 star keep you need to control all the BOs for some time, which coincidentally is easy to disrupt.

I love how it works and all the gameplay it brings, but my personal opinion is that ranking from 3 stars to 5 stars is just a tad too fast regardless of how easy it is to disrupt. In some cases you simply don't even have the time to get to a BO, and when taking into consideration that in many cases BOs will have to be fought over aswell more time is needed.
I don't remember if it was Wargrimnir or Hargrim, but someone stated that 5 star lock was going to be almost impossible because you would have to hold 4 BOs "for a really long time". Right now we are talking a couple of minutes, which is definetly not even close to what was implied in the post I'm referring to.

Why should you be able to avoid attacks when lying face first in the ground or staggered, with all the new changes that is one of the few guaranteed ways to get kills . . ?
