Don't like the blurry text, love the graphics. Ahhh
look in the nvidia inspector tool, and disable it. ( I dont know much about AMD Drivers so you might have to google it )
but if it is enabled for warhammer, you should find the settings for it somewhere in the amd control center

Anyone have any idea how to help me out. Posted a full review of everything I did on the previous page. Thanks!

Not sure, sounds like you made a mistake while installing it. Or your antivirus blocks one of the files...

Hmmm I'll try and do it over again. I really hate when people don't read OP's so I made sure to do it exactly the way you said. I even had a buddy on vent as I did it to make sure I was doing it right. I use AVG, so maybe I can just disable while I do this. I've never had it block anything before but there are definitely firsts for everything.
The reason I thought it would be working is the FPS started showing up like I had FRAPs on so I was thinking, "YES!!!!! I GOT IT" then the login screen looked the same and graphics were the same. I mean I run them on high so they look pretty good anyway, but I'll give it another go tomorrow.
Thanks anyway! Can't wait to get this working!

Hi,
After setting my own shaders/effects and values I can`t get rid of milky background. Any suggestions how to turn it off?

That's the ingame fog, can't get rid of that. It's just a bit more noticeable because of hbao+ blending through fog.

So I installed the mod as intended and everything worked great, just after playing for a while my game has started to lock up from time to time when playing WAR now displaying one single color (the color seems to be random to me right now but so far I've encountered multiple shades of blue and a few of brown, but that's beside the point anyway) on the whole screen. Nothing functions anymore and I have to hard reset the PC to force it to restart.
I wanted to ask if anyone else is having these issues or if there is any known fix that I have just overread after browsing the 25 pages of this thread. Or maybe I should ask the question differently: is anyone experiencing this mod as completely stable? No crashes/lock ups?
P.S. I do very much like your work btw Sildur, when the game is working as intended it looks a lot better!

Maybe your gpu is overheating, resulting in artifacts and freezes...

Did you ever figure out depth buffer access sildur? That thread on reddit still seems dead, and playing around with the ddl that got posted in his thread I couldn't really get it working either.

Good suggestion, but I doubt it since I water-cool them and I haven't gotten them past 43° with any gpu-stress-test run over multiple hours so far but I will get a temperature log going and see if I can get a specific Temperature-reading at the time when the PC locks up like that.
Another lead I have is that there is something the nvidia-inspector file modifies that causes this situation to occur, as I used
Shift-F12 and
Insert to disable both mods but without changing back to the standard driver Profile, and still ran into an eventual lock-up. What I have yet to test is running the mods with standard nvidia-inspector profiles. Of course the HBAO is a big part of the graphics improvement so I hope I can get this to work.
