i did set up *avenging the debt* to lite up on target below 10% and also set up a hotkey as per normal for the same skill
upon testing the two
i found that the NB condition was not as reliable as the hotkey function
it would be late a lot of time, whereas the hotkey was quicker and more reliable
not much in it, but for what its worth.
having the system modified to allow rotations of the unconditional kind but not positional or hp% etc, wont really change much imo,you will just change your target specific abilities to a quick key and have it under your hand ready to fire it when you know the chance is coming up.
i could also argue that mods like enemy, healgrid, buffhead, guardbot and others also confer advantages over players that dont use them.
'ive been around a long time and i've seen how mods generally destroy the integrity of a game and its community over time, expecially competitive games.
WAR is one of the exceptions, its still good fun and competitive to play without feeling your in over your head and should just stay in the WC.
The player base in RoR by and large are excellent people and enjoy playing the game win lose or draw
their are exceptions of course, sheep station types and the like.
A Developer approved list of mods would be great and anything else outside that list should be illegal or blocked until approved or banned.
