I thought they said something about catching the rest of PvE Content Up to the RvR's level of Polish first, before releasing T4. Things like Gunbad, Hunter's Vale, the Sewer Dungeons, the rest of the PQs, and more I guess.

If you seriously think that people x realm for the easy ride of renown on the winning side, isn't it logical they would do whatever they needed to make it easier? Crying x realmer is like crying wolf. 90% of the players just log off or go to a different tier or maybe switch to SCs. It's absurd that people can be so single minded.
