Can someone tell me how to complete the Kegged on trouble quest? I have killed all the mobs, quest is marked as completed but I can't give it in - clicking the complete button does nothing.

So, I got the quest "[Kegs End] Drinkin' Without Hackin'? Naaa!" which requires me to collect barrels in the Black Fire Basin scenario. However, I can't queue for it. Now I know the scenarios cycle, but how am I supposed to finish the quest line now? Don't tell me it was planned to be uncompletable for the last week of the event.

I don't suppose GMs take pity on event shop accidents?
First I thought I was buying the highest level keg back item, even had a confirmation popup, but when i confirmed i got the lowest level one. Not a big deal as it's not BIS or anything, just a minor annoyance.
What really stings though, is I accidentally bought the pocket item twice. I was expecting another confirmation popup (or a sound or whatever) from the purchase, and in its absence right clicked again.
So much for trying to score the trophies/firework all on the last day, I guess.
EDIT: Do i get more coins randomly from pvp kills or something? I know there is the 150/150/150 quest but screw grinding that in one day.

Ah that sucks.. sorry. It's not likely that the team will help, but they do have events quite frequently and you'll probably get a shot at the shinies another time. Probably not what you want to hear, but it's a consolation.
