Those characters are on a different account than the one you're posting from.

Hello. I did not have access for a few months. Today I logged in to my account. And I d'not have a character on it. Is it possible to restore them though Ronthorn (main char)?

hey there, hope this is the ideal location. i can't seem to find an old black orc (dreej) and kotbs (forgot name) that i must have on an older account. is any GM available to help me recover this? thank you so much. glad to be back and really enjoying the updates.

As was stated before. Big character wipe occured in 2015 to all characters that were innactive for more than 6 months. Since then no character wipe occured. If you see no character on Your account, its 95% chance that You using wrong account. I still dont understand why ppl creating multiple accounts besides option to X-realm if we get(if any) few hours cooldown for changing realm per acc.
