After finding it was an issue to begin with I checked and all but healing portions and some specific other ones caused delay, AP ones were instant already and HP I just fixed.

The statement itself is also not propaganda in the slightest. Fixing bugged abilities, even those that are deemed subpar by the community, is an important step in game development.

To clarify. All potions were intended to have this delay, I "fixed" it today as it was missing on all potions but one making me think it was an anomaly.

Then what is the purpose of the delay? To make you plan ahead? And what is the purpose of spending the pots even if its effect dosent happen? To punish bad planning?
Just wondering, since it really dosent make much sense to me.
Edit: It would kind of make sense if the delay stopped you from using the pots alltogether.
