Smuggler sells Subjugator items in exchange for "smuggler" items (just renamed Subjugator, same stats etc).
So you can trade your duplicates for a new weapon etc.

As BO you can buy the Cleava 5 times, but Backcuvva, Big Fumper and Blocka just 3 times.

Why was it bad? Why should an aoe skill be mandatory for single target dps?
Bad nerf because he nerfed the dmg of ID applied on single target too much, forcing annoying workaround where you need to apply ID on nearby targets for more DPS, moved spinecrusher to giantslayer, leaving slayer with exactly 0 ST core abilities that scale with Troll / skaven specc.
I disagree that ID was mandatory for ST, I don't think aoe tree ever had better st DPS potential. Better long-time sustain but never close in burst. Please show me the discussion for these changes so I can understand it better.

Procs and dmg modifiers.
And another massive nerf to Witch Ellfs and more specificly Witchbrew.
Question:
Will this include debuffs and inc dmg reduction buffs such as Immaculate Defence, Challange etz aswell?

This is to allow 'unlucky' people to obtain piece they want, not to give players new skins. Want new skins? Go do some dungeons

Can we have a smuggler like this for the t3 and t4 epic weapons as well?
Those weapon skins are the biggest waste in the game as you can only get 3 out of the 9 available skins for example for t4 epic quest... would love to re-do them or if can't, just keep trading them in for skin variations.

Thanks for info at Gunbad.
@smugglers. Great change. Some classes have it easy with one or two subjugators. Others like IB have like 4 or more items. Allways missing one.

Also, is there a chance to add the 2h axe skin for IB's to the smugglers?
Lots of dwarfs are axe users to split green skulls in halves!

Why should anyone going up aoe tree be able to increase his ST spamable attacks? You made the decision for aoe focus.
You don't get all in one build anymore.
For max ST dmg, skavenslayer isn't the way to go.
ID was so good because you stack a quite strong dot on top of your ST direct dmg skills.
