This explains a lot I presume, inlcduding the BS in Reikland Yesterday on destro side with Ltuz not being happy, least to say.

When you have collected 100 items from the Vendetta secret list (in scenarios), talk to Masked Citizen in any city scenario. Learn the king's story and share it.

In any city scenario, give up the tales of the Lord and share them. To share the story, simply use the ability on a friendly player.

There is Conspirators npc inside the scenario hiding behind walls (orange name). Talk to them when you collected 100 secret list
