How so? I was able to play last night after getting the same message 4x, then couldn't play today. There haven't been any changes to my firewall between failure, success, and failure.

Are there particular ports that are an issue? Does the firewall redirect the traffic wrong somehow?

When I say firewall I mean your isp's firewall, if you try hotspot from your phone and can connect you will know it's ISP related 🙂
I'm not saying this is the case I'm just saying it might be, I've seen it before

if my isp is blocking Warhammer from working , how would I go about asking them to unblock it?

AFTER SEARCHING FOR LIKE 2 HOURS IN THE FORUM I FOUND THIS

LOOK UNDER LOGIN, THERE IS A YOUTUBE VID, HOW TO DEAL FASTER WITH THIS.

Here is my old Post

Same Issue here. Plaing from germany, no fancy ISP or Internal Network routing.

Edit: I realized that the folder Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning (Base game folder) was still on write protect. So i set it to Write alowed. Same error again. So i checked the folder again, it was write protect again.

For some reason the Write allowed settings didnt stick.

Moved the Game Folder from my D: drive to my SSD C: drive, no change.

Right now im exploring what this strange Write protect issue has to do with this.

made a Exception for my Antivirus for the Base game file

Same as above. All roads lead to this being a problem for a lot of people and there is no known solution other than just keep trying.
A lot of people say that they have to hammer the login server with attempts. I will continue to do so, but there hasn't even been any connection information in the server chat box.

Well, this is for sure a mystery. I have done everything consistently, read all the posts, followed all the steps.
Last night, during one of my attempts, it just worked. It logged in without problem.
This morning, same old problem.
