As rr74, 849 WP, and 14 points in Mork tree, the tooltip is only 408. From sitting in front of a keep spamming aoe heals, this procs about 1/20s for about 438, crit for 608. Not reliable IMO, and I love wacky things like this.

After some research on the forum and IG, I'm still wondering what's the BiS endgame gear for dps shammys at rr 80+
Is it a mix warlord/sov dps (so which pcs in warlord ?)
Is it a mix Sov dps/oppressor
Full SOV ?
I'm confused, thanks for help
