Actually, it seems this doesn't get updated.
Also, as of today the ranked scenario was removed altogether from the available scenarios... I guess that's one way of fixing it.

Ranked scenarios was bugged today and enabled people to queue into 1v1 situations. Also, they're currently pushing the weekend warfront. They aren't pulling ranked completely as far as I know. Likely removed from rotation to fix the queue problem and/or promote the Live Event for Dragons' Bane.
