I feel that your post is a bit of an overeaction mez? This isnt radical by any means, hell atleast no more radical than moving down sm and blorc kds? And its not like the game got ruined because of those changes

And as i already stated its unfair that bg is the only tank now who cant have a kd with a 2h

we can all talk about how "good it might be" but it will never be on par with snb bgs and will never be used seriously in grp play nor will it work that well vs coordinated grps

I like playing what our group needs. We already have Zabis on a BG (although lately he has gotten the "i want to be a dps healer" itch). We also have a BO. What we dont have is a Chosen.

If in a few weeks/months we lack BG, BO, Dok or any particular class, chances are you will see me playing it for my guild.

I literally spelled out it's viable, and deadly in group play and premades. But no one is qualified to hold the reigns. The players good enough to do it, want to play other stuff.

I guess my argument does have faults.

If anyone knew Afaa from Gorfang, he was in Arsenal. That is basically what I'm saying. The 2H blackguad who runs up to you, and removes 60% of your AP instantly, and begins to 2-shot you. It's extremely fine without a 3 second silence or knockdown as well.

blorc gets detaunted before he gets to my squishie. He needs a knockdown to try and touch what a 2h blackguard can do in terms of dps, who has a no-detaunt tactic on. The 2H bg is also the only real dps verse an AOE detaunting WP. Effectively. I'm just saying, lol. With an anytime CC, the 2h-bg might become pretty freakn nasty and on top of the food chain for dps tanks. Is that a bad thing? I guess not. It just should be looked at if you are gonna consider it.

Shadow Warriors were viable kiters before they received an self-punt, and Eye Shot not reliant on VoN. Now it's more accessible for everyone, it also makes those kiters that were good, ridiculous. So there is a precedent to make the BG more accessible.The people that were great at playing Black Guards will still be awesome. As I am partial to being a fluff bunny, I would rather incentives for Halberd wielding Black Guards then SnB ones

Please don't give BG's a knock down. This will set the case for almost any kind of class adjustments to make any class more 'balanced' in the future.

Ongoing class and skill equalisation made me (and a hell lot others) quit WoW. I love(d) Warhammer for the unique classes...

But right now the uniqueness of BG is that they are the only tank class that does not have a 2h KD.

We are not talking about skill equalization we are talking about making a completely uselesss skill, viable for a class that is known for using a halberd, yet the least viable build for a black guard is to use said weapon. BGs give up too much to use a 2h and gain very little. Everything Mez said about BG is just as true for a SnB BG as it is for a 2H one.

Blade of Ruin will still be a unique skill by having it require a Parry before you can even us it, no other two hander tank has that kind of KD ability, we are making the class even more different by giving it such an ability, as well as requiring hatred.
