nope not an option if u not fullscreen and i need it for streams

Can't you go into fullscreen mode, adjust it to your liking and go back into windowed? Thought that worked.

nope that not working

i copied sildurs folder in warhammer folder. And game doesnt work. İ clicked launcher after i see warhammer main logo and crash out quickly :S İ cant play game at the moment. How is fix it and solution?

Make sure your gpu drivers are up to date. Also update the MS redist stuff. Here's an installer that installs all of the latest MS redist stuff and deinstalls the old ones. http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=393405
