Sets (between conq, dom and BL) are mostly irrelevant in my mind. You mix and match, just so you get the bonuses you like best. Then you ''equalize'' your stats with talismans and renown.

For example, I use 2 sets of gear. One is 5/6 conq and 4/6 BL. Second is 4/6 dom and 5/6 BL. With both, I have the same stats (because I use different renown and talismans with each), same chance to be crit, roughly same avoidance, same resists. Parry changes, cause 5/6 BL gives 5% more.

Set 1, I use solo/duo, because it has self-heal on conq. Set 2, I use in group, cause it has more parry to avoid guard damage and less chance to be parried, so I can punt better. Otherwise, they play about the same.

Of course, if you want to play more agressive, then definitely use 6/6 dom. And you will do much more damage then any mix match or conq. Taunt proc + crit beat stats.

75 BiS IB vs 79 Bis Chosen... A 1v1 that didn'T go like planned... Turns into a 10 kills fight.
No hard feeling on anyone. And yes, I know, its a bit more of the same, but I had fun in the fight and fun editing
Used french song from a local band this time. Thinking about making a commented version of the fight. Any ideas or interest for that?

Ah, tis was not a ''true'' dps spec. I was running only 450 strength in that clip. I was trying an overcapped armor (like 5600) and resist (1k) build. Was pretty amazing that Earthshatter still was doing ''magus'' range crit damage
