I know it might be too early to ask about this because you still working on it.
Do we need to submit tickets (those who are affected by this problem) or it will be some kind of global change on db's?

I know you guys are working on it, just posting this in the correct place, still happening 3/22/2016, but my game was working until I created a new character and tried to reuse a name.
I will make a new account in order to trouble shoot.

I've been playing a week or 2 and everything was fine,but after a little play today I tried to make a new character and the final create was getting a server timeout error.
Now, if I try to login to play, I make it all the way to "Searching for allies." and it just stops right there with a dark screen.

I can confirm that creating a new account enables login.

But starting all over is all kinds of annoying.

Just posting this with my new account so I can easily check back.

Thank you guys so much for looking into it! and for bringing me back to my favorite mmorpg! you guys are doing an awesome job!

I made 2 new accounts and aber making a new char server timed out and then the same error my girlfriend can play it without any probs

you guys make a great job i love warhammer and i´m so happy 2 play it again...

Game worked perfect I just went to make new char, I name it done button didnt work and I relaunched the game again and stucked on black screen. I spent time lvling my chars making new account and starting again would be a problem. Hope you guys fix it I really enjoy this game.

Same problem here...after i deleted a level 1 character im forever stuck in searching for allies...
