Game developers do not listen to fringe factions and tiny minorities. Any complaints they heeded were justified. The likely issue here is that the developer was so hamstrung by the publisher that they could not take the time to implement the correct redesigns and responses to the community's issues.

Lest we forget... the difficulty of persuading the developer that bombing was even a problem proves that they were not reactionaries.

I guess Blizzard just released at the right moment cuz people back than only knew Everquest and DaoC wich looked compared to this video way worse.

And yet Festerbombs was nerfed, couz each guy with 0% dodge in green gear -without pots+talis nor def Tactics
expect to live through hit of "Festering Arrow" from Geared SW under M2.
