Have all the Russians play Chaos and when they write in their weird runes we can just pretend they are talking crazy chaos stuff.

In the old game there was no law that prohibited them for not speaking their own language.

Nor do I understand why that would make others annoyed?

Being annoyed by this, is just as stupid being annoyed by the guild name Fkl irl.

that's wrong official languages where those designed by server or english, but no dev take care about ...

Only because a game is designed in one language it doesn't mean other languages cannot be spoken. I've seen people speak serbian, italian and greek in the german version and no german were there to say it was annoying? :S

Ignore has worked for a long time, just not by doing /ignore as a command.

1). Hit "o" key
2). Click "Search and More"
3). Click "Ignore" tab
4). Type name of person you wish to ignore
5). Hit "Add Ignore."

Done.

Judging by the total amount of speakers we should use Chinese as server language...I bet I'll see a lot of english speakers, who will suddenly not mind speaking english because they can't speak chinese.
Am I wrong?

What about doing spanish lessons in Advice? It IS a kind of advice after all...
