Draw blood is an extra tick of damage so 3 dots+ BA, you are gimping yourself without using it. Not to say it doesn't need a buff, but its definitely helps with the burst if used appropriately.

Just want to note that Draw Blood wasn't part of the OP. I don't think we need to discuss it here.

True, but at this point no two people can agree completely on any change so...

Agree with changes #1 #4 #5 #6
Imho SW lacks some burst dmg (without m2) even for finishing low hp targets (if they are not <40 pugs without healers).
Those changes might help.
A bit of offtopic:
Also wish someday the problem of one-handing will be discussed too (only strength second sword / aa speed/dmg buff for assault stance)

long range have finisher. 13pt Fell The Weak
mid range have finisher. 9pt Flanking Shot
melee range have no finisher. 5pt Swift Strikes is not enough.
getting in and out?
currently Assault is only getting out stance with it's armor buff, when enemy melee caught u.
buying few seconds to get a chance of heal.
there're not much reasons to get in melee by yourself.

it needs purpose to get in. and finisher will be a good reason.
9pt Sweeping Slash -> single target KD or AoE debuff ( anything with minor value, stat? armor? wound? )
13pt Exploit Weakness -> Guillotine / Cull The Weak version of finisher
