I tried it a couple of times but for any reason it doesn't work for me - it's slow and has not enough burst to kill someone.

I have a WE but have not played it for over a year because of RB was/is undefendable and sever blessing does nothing to remove it.

Now I'm getting conflicting reports someone told me that SB was changed for WH/WE to be undefendable and some here are saying it was changed back?

So was is the official response?

Honestly its incredibly hard to track whatever ninja changes the devs keep applying and revoking. At some point Sever Blessing was undefendably, then apparently it became defendable again.
As for WH, I think BurnAwayLies was either changed to undefendable DoT that faces Parry check somehow or not, again hard to keep up with all the changes as there is no comprehensive list of what is undefendable and what not and whatever ninja changes have occurred over past months that are not included always in official patch notes.
