Same issue here. Changed my password in an attempt to fix. Can log on to forums, but not in to the game. Says it's an "Invalid" user/password combination.

Takes an arbitrary amount of time for it to update on the gamer server. Bear in mind, it's been taken offline recently so it's possibly it's not gonna update the password. Try again.

Hello. I am having the same problem. Is it related to my inactivity in last year? Do you automatically "ban" accounts for not playing? Or is it just the servers.

Still can't log into RoR, been told changing passwords is possibly the worst choice as it takes ages to register in game

Last time I changed my information, took about nine days.

I am good now, since the server went down this morning it is fixed for me.

i changed my password on the website while the server was down..but now, my account cannot connect to the game. is it the same issue?
