To add to this we have cases where its been reported that its been used to "spy" on the other faction.
I guess the next thing to bite the dust is the /who function and with it the realm pop addon?

Mini-map dots offend me as well.

[Abilities]
Torquemadra
[Warrior Priest]
In Pursuit - Ability set to Great Weapon only
[Disciple of Khaine]
Scent of Blood - Ability set to Dual Wield only.
Oh, you added the required code already. That was fast.
Since I was the one who suggested this as a possible solution, I'll add another suggestion:
Instead of linking it to Great Weapon or Dual Wield, make those abilities only work when Divine Fury tactic is slotted.
(in other words: don't hassle around with reducing the cooldown from 5 minutes to 30 seconds, just add "requires Divine Fury tactic" to the skill description)
This solves two problems:
- No healing WP/Dok will spend 15+1 points in the damage tree AND slot Divine Fury tactic.
- Damage spec with 1hand + dps book/chalice still has access to the new abilites.
So the healers wont have access to the silence breaker/escape charge ability (at least not without completely gimping themselves), while the melee dps-ers still have the full variety of spec options.
