even thou the server is "online", I still get the same error with the login log..

When server is offline, it still says it's online. You'll know when the server is offline/online by following my thread on the status.

Getting the same problem on my end. I followed all the instructions and such. Unzipped everything a few times, incase there was some type of corruption. I received no errors of any kind. No character creation tab or server selection. I kept my eyes on the server up time and thought the server may be down. But when I refreshed the page, the numbers went up. So the server is still up from what I know.
If it helps any, I downloaded from Mega 5 parts. I waited till everything was done. Then unzipped it when everything was completed. Downloaded the Launcher and popped it into the folder. Opened the launcher, smooth loading screen. But I didn't see anything that could allow me to create a character or join a server.

A long shot, but try this:
How to manually rebuild performance counters:
1. Go to start, and type in the search box "cmd". Right click cmd, and run as administrator.
2. Type in the command console, "cd c:\windows\system32", and hit enter.
3. Then type "lodctr /r", and hit enter.
3. It will take a few seconds to perform the command.
Performance counters should be rebuilt. Try loading the game, again.

Quick update. I derped and forgot to open on admin. Getting the same error, but this time. The error code is 2
Update: Managed to get the rebuilt process going. It said that everything's done. But I still do not see the server/character tab.
Update: I was able to launch the game and get into the world! I deleted the 1-5 files. Then downloaded 1-10 from scratch. After fixing a few errors with the help of the forum posts, I am now able to log in.

Download client, and cant create character.What me doing?
