Returning Player-I forgot my password, a new one was sent to my email. I clicked on the activation link, copy and paste password into launcher and says "Invalid Username/password"

Returning Player- reinstalled the game, I forgot my password, a new one was sent to my email. I clicked on the activation link, copy and paste password into launcher and says "Invalid Username/password"
