Server is online again, but I can't login. Invalid username and password again.

Me neither. I have been waiting nearly 4 days, i wait to server restart and i still cant log in my account, so please, can you repair it? i have lot of characters at lvl 32-35 in both factions and i wont lvl again new characters.

Same problem here, got it now after the server was offline.

Same issues as the others. I can log onto the boards but not with the launcher. Pw is all lowercase, no numbers, and 9 characters long

In the top post of page 6 a GM gives you an answer. Read it over and over again until you understand it ..less crack talk ppl xD

Same problem here... I could log yesterday after the crash server, but this morning my password doesn't work on launcher and works here ...

My husband got the same problem... Do we have to change our password?

same problem. I created account at friday, leveled one char to 23. Monday servers went down, when they came back up i logged in and played for 3 more hours and went to sleep. Now I woke up and wanted to play a bit more before going to work but the launcher says invalid username/password.

tried to change my game password from here as the password works on forum but launcher won't let me in the game but i am getting this in browser.
