No one should expect Phalanx to create an order wb just so they get some action, seeing as they're the top destro guild, and Phalanx shouldn't expect order to jump at the opportunity to get min-maxed by their destro wb. Just wanted to point that out.

Organized 24v24 allows for both sides to prepare and min max their groups.
