I guess the Dwarf Warband whiped to many destro WBs the last Wednesdays with their 8 Engis that needed to get their gear in pug cities, cause you take 1 max into a city if at all.

Because tb will work better at classes low on toughnes like choppa/slayer etc. Tanks dont need Tb

yep especially good on dps classes.

This is not a Bugfix.
The Damage Bonus change was part of the career rework in July 2017 when the Turrets got their distinct buffs with Range increase (Gun Turret), Dot increase (Bombard), Aoe Cap and Dodge increase (Flame Turret).
After week one, the Turret bonuses were reduced as they were a little over the top.
The +40% on Damage made the class viable.
The Bug was that the tooltip never was updated to the 40%.

Did you think out, devs, impact on playerbase by introducing TB? Because my 1st thought was not "balancing" anything, but opposite. Chars at RR 80 get great buff to defence fighting against chars like 60 or below. Again, instead of keeping acceptable disparity forced by better gear and overall better gameplay through experience, now you just give flat defence boost to everyone above RR 80. Why make life even harder for fresh 40`s coming to tier top tier? You dont want them to stand chance against high rank players? I mean, with FS the extra spent points in it low players still got a RNG chance to compete with them, now the "roll chance is gone" crits which make supprise effect and cause kills now are gone totally.
