Under perfect conditions the droprate is 6x higher afaik. And maybe you killed too many lowies if you only got low gear.

I do wonder whether lifting the old level requirements (or changing them in some way) would be a good idea. E.g. Murderer's Jewellery being the best primary stat-wise afaik, wouldn't it be better if they could drop from 17+ (or 19+ or whatever), rather than just 16/17 players? It actually encourages killing lower levels to an extent atm.
Same applies to Slaughterer's stuff; not sure if there are any other lower-lvl 'set' items that are gd / better than the higher lvl stuff, but there can't be that many. I spose ppl might still complain though if they kill a lvl 20 and some useless blue Murderer's gloves drop or sth

You check enemy lvl into rvr zone before hit em? dont think so.
If some lowbies wanna leech inf and rr - thats their problems, not mine.
For current time its 50% of players at rvr less than 20lvl, because its the only way to get some gear, and thats way sucks.

unfortunately theres alot of unknowns in the guild packets still like assigning standartbearer :-S
that makes it really hard to implement the other features i'm taking a break from guild atm to work on something thats not implemented at all hope you will like it when i'm done
sometimes you just need to work on something that actually works and not stare ant packets and wonder where they put the info you need

appereance is low priority, they said that i few times. i guess renown trainer or rvr sets

Agreed, appearance should be the last thing to fix.
Its just my subjecetive opinion, but before going to t3, or even other t2 zones Devs should focus on:
- get rid of mass scale rvr lag
- implementing killing/heal contribution
- implement renown skills
- fix parties/warband GUis
- fix broken abbilities
- fix wrong/missing gear stats
- and keep up good work

The progress you guys made from this project's beginning is tremendous. Thanks for all your effort and patience.

@titoos you forgot one more thing PVP sets from vendors. No ? hmm would be nice to have atleast (less endless farming)
