Pretty sure WL run loner in AOE. It would be nice to move the tactic to baseline just to break up the stale meta of the Mara, it's a must have for any spec basically. Possibly just lower it in the tree.

Mara has three must have tactics because those three tactics are amazing and would be must have on every dps class that could slot them.
