Heads up gang do not forget this weekend is the next installment of the RoR Podcast. At noon eastern time 6pm server time for the EU gang an for the west coaster people that would be 9am there time. Got a few things that will be going over also Karis is cooking up some cool video stuff for the show gang. As well a few people have express interest on being on the show as I hope all will show interest the door is always open for legit topics to be brought to the table. As always at the end of every show I send off a copy to the devs for them to listen to so by all means gang bring your ideas to the table lets discuss things the more we get out there the better.

The Next podcast will be on the 4th of jan at noon est time gang that is 6pm server time. This one I want to do a round table discussion where we have as many people who have lead warbands or even small group play that can come an share there thoughts on different strats that can help newer leaders who are trying to step up to lead on both destro an order. The idea here is I would like to see a rebirth of sorts of bring back the smaller group play in a way that works along side the warbands like it once did. Granted you still see it from time to time but not as steady as what you once did but when it is put into play its extremely effective.

All to often new leaders simply do not understand alot of this or running blind an could use a bit of help in that reguard now keeping in mind we can not make people do something but we can at least inform them so that they know they got options so they can either learn from those that have it figured out or continue to struggle till they figure out something that does work for them. This is about getting fresh ideas out there but also just out right helping the new guys better understand how the ror server operates on the front lines.

Of late I have seen plenty who ask questions like this an they get a random answer in almost every response instead of answers that actually help.

I have already had some people from destro reach out who are wanting to be on the show so im looking forward to that as well as people from order so this show may run a little over so much the better. Again as always if your wanting to bring ideas to the table for this discussion please come to this podcast share your thoughts the only wrong ideas are the ones that never got brought up will have open talks an here things out but at the same time be ready to debate your strats as with any idea and combat plan things can change from min to min an differ from zone to zone what works in one fight may not work in another so much rides on adapting your warband or group play to what is needed also the flow of information around you having a steady flow of information coming to you so that you can make the best command calls. Bad communication has long plagued both sides on the battle field so gang lets sit down an have a chat lets help newer leaders want to not only continue leading but to improve what they do an hopefully inspire even more to lead more leaders on deck means more groups rolling means more fights something we all want.
