I am OK with releasing it now, if it is only the Order classes that do not have it. As long as my DOK has 1k1, it's all good!

Did you look at the lvl 32 morales yet?

since this is an alpha the "power gap" is irrelevant since once t3 is actually release all the lvl 22 and above players will be moved over to t3 hence rasing the level cap to 31 will have no lasting nor long term consequences; while simultaneously allowing players to test and experiment with t3 abilities and tactics to further ensure that the transition to t3 works well and no classes have issues with bugged or broken abilities/tactics.

22, 26, or 31 31 level cap is irrelevent cause low level players with thier weak gear can in no way compete with players 10 or more levels higher than them which is why i find the whole power gap argument silly

It works identically to Pounce.

All 1-3 Morales are already implemented except Slayer/Choppa damage on ability activation, Ironbreaker reduce damage to 1, and Squig Herder pet buff.

it was so frustrating how a minimal difference in height ruined the whole skill on live.

Debatable. It'll pull reliably, but the travel speed is probably slower than live (don't know what controls it in the packet.)
